2022 to Present
ROSH Roof Restoration Devt Corp. was established. Ownership re-structuring was accomplished with majority ownership remaining with Mr. Haduca who started the business over 30 years ago. The company direction moves towards going back to the floor restoration business while remaining a leader in roof restoration.
2017
BUSINESS EXPANSION – Redgard Coating Solutions was incorporated. With this, bigger projects were undertaken from Luzon to Visayas and Mindanao.
2013
RESTRUCTURED AS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP – Redgard Coating Solutions underwent restructuring and successfully registered its trademark with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines, becoming Redgard Coating Solutions, Co. Ltd.
2012
REDGARD – REM-H rebranded as Redgard Coating Solutions to capitalize on the growth of the specialty coatings market and establish strong partnerships with multinational manufacturers.
1997
APPLICATOR OF VARIOUS SPECIALTY COATING PRODUCTS – Roque Edgard M. Haduca’s REM-H Painting Contractor, which applied specialty coatings to industrial clients for 15 years, was especially successful with Japanese companies in EPZA areas.
1996
AIRLESS PAINTING EXPERT – Power Painters, Inc (PPI) became the airless painting expert and general contractor and ventured into civil and finishing works.
1994
BRAIN BEHIND POWER PAINTERS, INC. – Mr. Ed Haduca partnered with Canadian and American investors, revolutionized the market with airless spray technology, and successfully established Power Painters, Inc. (PPI) as a major player.
1992
CARE COAT WATERPROOFING SYSTEM WAS FOUNDED – After working in sales and technical divisions of renowned waterproofing companies, Mr. Ed Haduca, founded his first company.
